Hi everyone, today, we’re going to do an All-on-4, we have here a fully edentulous patient with no teeth for a long time, we have the bases of the nose and that is the amount of bone that we have. This is a great case for an All-on-4, no posterior teeth, also we have mobility here on anterior teeth so we’re pretending to remove all those lower teeth and we’re going to install four implants on uppers, we’re going to put two tilt implants and two straight. Two tilt implants and two straight.

This type of procedure is amazing because you don’t get to touch the inferior alveolar nerve and you don’t mess with the sinuses.

If you have a denture like this, you can get rid of it and go fo something screw retained, you can get rid of the roof of the palate. This is a mucus supported denture, so, if you go for All-on-4 the support is going to be over the implants, you can bite anything.
